I am the founder of Aquatics Prague, a swimming coach of the first class and the author of the teaching method Swimming with Plavl and Plavlina, which I have published as a richly illustrated book with funny poems. The book advises not only coaches and parents on how to do it. It teaches children to swim correctly, effectively, playfully and safely.

Selling equipment and clothing for martial sports. We offer pads, gloves, paws and punch blocks, punching bags and pears, sports bags, kimonos, jerseys, training shots and masks or sports nutrition. We sell women's and men's fashion clothing.

The studio offers kickboxing, boxing, fitness and conditioning exercises, ADK, exercise for children, circuit training and other activities. Massage and private lessons with a professional instructor can be booked.
