I am the founder of Aquatics Prague No1, a Class I swimming coach, and the creator of the “Swimming with Plavel and Plavlina” program, which I also published as a richly illustrated book featuring funny poems. The book offers guidance not only to coaches and parents on how to teach swimming. It teaches children to swim correctly, effectively, playfully, and safely.

We offer fitness coaching in kickboxing, thai boxing and fitness. We hold personal and group classes for the public as well as training seminars.

The courses are designed for children ages 4 and up, teens, and adults—from complete beginners to more advanced skaters looking to refine their technique. Small class sizes of up to 6 participants ensure an individualized approach from the instructor.

We run a gym which is equipped with Grün Sport machines with 9 punching bags and two rings. We offer martial arts classes. We provide trainers in the gym as well as a training schedule.
