The restaurant focuses on modern gastronomy using quality local ingredients. We offer an à la carte menu, our own production of broths, pastas and syrups, seasonal dishes inspired by Central Europe, Northern Italy and Burgundy.

Our dishes are varied and flavoured exclusively with herbs and spices.
