A modern stage with a rich theatrical history. Since the last transformation, we have been focusing mainly on comedy works by Czech and international authors. The varied repertoire emphasizes lightness, playfulness and humour. In addition to our own productions, we regularly offer productions by well-known guests from the Czech Republic and abroad.

A unique cultural centre in Prague's Žižkov district, which prepares a programme for its neighbours as well as for people from abroad, focusing mainly on music, art and community programmes. The reconstructed Baroque church hosts concerts of classical, contemporary and alternative music and jazz. Exhibition projects take place in the gallery.

KurzyHerectvi.cz consists of a group of professional acting colleagues who have decided to push non-actors in their self-development with new, innovative approaches. Together we seek authenticity in life and in the theatre. For actors and non-actors we organize acting courses, improvisation courses, rhetoric courses and much more.

We are engaged in concert activities throughout the country. We participate in international concerts and international music festivals.

The theatre presents original performances starring Bolek Polívka as well as guest performances by Czech, Slovak and foreign theatres. On the theatre's website you will find information about the programme, descriptions of the plays and photographs.
