I lead exercise classes mostly for mothers in the presence of children. When we encourage each other to move and don't have to wait for a babysitter. My classes take place in indoor and outdoor spaces of Klatovy Park. I focus on postpartum exercises, pelvic floor problems and diastasis.

A group, fun and high energy workout on special inclined-plane treadmills powered by their own strength, based on human movement - walking, which is combined with many exercises. It is an aerobic exercise that helps to reduce fat tissue and shape the body.

We are a small family studio in the very centre of Pilsen, very easily accessible by public transport and by car. We offer a wide range of group lessons for beginners and advanced. In addition to regular classes, weekend day events, weekend retreats and holidays with exercise by the sea are an integral part of our offer.

We offer sports nutrition and sports equipment. We market the German high quality brand LSP nutrition, manufactured according to German standards in Bonn. It is a premium smaller brand with an emphasis on quality and excellent flavours. We represent this brand on the Czech market.
