We operate a squash centre with 6 air-conditioned courts and 2 courts for badminton, wallyball or table tennis. There is a fitness zone, martial arts classes, Power Plate and a private sauna for 4 people. Of course, personal trainers are available.

Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.

The YMCA Sports Centre is a multifunctional space where you can visit the gym, swimming pool, sauna, solarium or sign up for group classes.

We operate fitness centers. There is a gym and a Body-Space. We also offer an aerobics, body-styling, pilates, ZUMBA and yoga room.

Offering health exercise classes, exercise on large balls, (fitballs), aerobics, p-class, exercise with overballs, flexibars, pilates, bodyform. We organize sports and relaxation stays at home and by the sea with exercise and other programs. Saturdays in motion.
