Private indoor gym. We do individual, semi-private, group training for up to 8 people and athlete training. We base everything on as much individual contact as possible in a comfortable environment.

I'm the founder of the Barbarian Gym. I am a science based trainer. I take a lot of data from studies, but combine that information with my practice and continually adjust my training system based on that.

We run a fitness for women.

We operate a modern fitness center, offering everything you need for a complete workout of the whole body, from dumbbells, to weight machines to a quality cardio zone. We offer the possibility of exercising with a personal trainer. The premises are air-conditioned. The aerobic zone is equipped with Technogym machines.

We offer a friendly, safe and inspiring space for the whole family. We offer movement, music, art and ceramics classes for children and adults including seniors. We host community events for the whole family. We provide expert advice on family, relationships, communication, development and parenting.

We operate a fitness centre. There is a gym for fitness, competition or rehabilitation training. We provide training plans for complete beginners. Sports nutrition can be purchased.

We are a school of movement, strength and fitness. We specialize in self-weight training, kettlebell and kettlebell training according to the methodology of the prestigious international organization StrongFirst.
