I work as a personal fitness trainer. I have been helping people achieve success in fitness for many years. I focus on core strengthening, body shaping, weight reduction, back pain or cross training.

I am a personal trainer working in the heart of Holešovice. I offer individual and small group training focused on strength, fitness and health. Among other things, I help with back pain and performance optimization. In addition to training, I also educate the general public and industry professionals.
