I am a personal trainer working in the heart of Holešovice. I offer individual and small group training focused on strength, fitness and health. Among other things, I help with back pain and performance optimization. In addition to training, I also educate the general public and industry professionals.

We operate a functional training center. In functional training you exercise different muscle parts in different degrees of difficulty and it is up to you what kind of training program you choose.
