We operate a martial and aerobic sports centre. We strive to support athletes, develop talent and educate youth and children in sports. We focus on Kickboxing, Krav-Maga, Judo, Crossfit and Kettlebell.

We teach the Israeli self-defense system of Krav Maga. Our instructors improve regularly and we work to be able to impart knowledge of safety, techniques and prevention so that you can master it in the shortest possible time.

We specialize in quality martial arts equipment, including punching bags, gloves and other training aids.

Specialized e-shop with goods for martial sports and martial arts. We supply the market with premium but also very affordable martial arts merchandise - mma, karate, kick - boxing, thai boxing, krav - maga. Goods such as boxing gloves, punching bags, mma gloves, tatami and many more.

You are an enthusiastic athlete, you like unconventional exercises, you do not want a stereotype. So do not hesitate and come and try everything. We train in MyGymTime gym with Luky (MON, WED, FR). Trainer Lukáš is there for free and offers traditional and non-traditional training concepts. Capacity limited to small groups of interested people.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We learn gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

Zaměřujeme se na komplexní vzdělávání v oblasti sebeobrany a reálného použití střelných i chladných zbraní. Pořádáme základní kurzy pro krátké a dlouhé zbraně, dále kurzy pro osobní strážce a první pomoci. Nabízíme kurzy boje zblízka - teleskopickým obuškem a nožem.
