We invite you to try our lessons, we have been offering sports courses for children and adults in all performance categories for 27 years. The founders are Mgr. Kadlecová and Marek Dočekal, successful athletes, representatives and professional coaches.

Our fitness center focuses on healthy exercise with elements of developmental kinesiology. We offer group classes with a maximum of 5 people, where the trainer thoroughly checks the correct execution of exercises. We also provide personal training and children's classes. Come and discover the joy of movement in a friendly environment.

We offer a wide range of activities for children, including suburban camps. Our goal is to provide fun and educational experiences that encourage children's development and creativity.

Martial Arts School Plzeň offers Allkampf-Jitsu, which is a universal fighting system consisting of effective techniques of several fighting styles such as Karate, Judo, Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, BJJ, Kick boxing and also defense against weapons attack and the use of law enforcement.

Operation of fitness center. Sports and exercise programs are provided by certified instructors on specialized sports equipment. We organize classes of zumba, spinning, jumping, fitball, pilates and others.
