We are a training center focused on functional training. We offer sports interval training based on basic multi-joint exercises.

I offer personal training sessions in the gym or if you don't like closed spaces full of people, outdoor training. I organize group classes like tabata, functional training, circuit training.

We run a healthy functional movement studio, mainly focusing on Pilates classes and exercise on Allegro Reformers Pilates machines. We also offer SMsystem, TRX, health exercises. We organise various sporting events, workshops, seaside and weekend retreats with exercise.

Fitness centre

We've expanded the space, so we've added a "classic" Fitness zone to the chill zone, functional zone, weight room and CrossFit zone! The total area is over 1000 m2. We also do: EMSlim, InBody, Nutritional Consulting & Diagnostics Coaching School under msmt!

Our fitness centre offers not only the facilities of a classic gym, but also a well-equipped zone for functional training and a fully equipped zone for combat sports, including a complete octagon, training tatami and auxiliary apparatus.

We operate a gym with an exercise area of 600 sq m. There is a cardio zone, treadmills and elliptical trainers, machines for all muscle parts, dumbbells, cross zone, separate functional zone, possibility of exercising on the terrace. We offer a mirror hall with original tatami floor and private parking.

Operation of the fitness centre. Offer of massage, reconditioning, regeneration, fitness, sports services and nutritional advice. We offer weight room, cardio, alpinning, jumping and bosu. We provide weight reduction and detoxification of the body. Instructors are available.

Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.

Operation of a sports and relaxation club. We focus mainly on strength endurance and cardio training. Treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, rowing machines, spinning bikes and much more are available.
