BodyBody training is a revolutionary concept in fitness. The workout is based on the method of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), which acts on the body much more effectively than traditional training methods and thus significantly increases and deepens the effectiveness of the exercise - the whole body (up to 90% of the muscles) is trained within 20 minutes.

I offer services as a personal fitness trainer, nutrition consultant, circuit training, TRX, workout planning and guidance, and meal planning. I also serve as a sparring partner, online coach, and running coach. I sell nutritional supplements by arrangement.
