We operate a women's studio offering fitness, aerobics or exercise and relaxation programs. We offer jumping, power yoga, flexibars, fit ball, pilates, tae-bo, intro, spin gym and more. There is a fully equipped gym with professional staff and an air-conditioned spinning room.

We are a modern and strong base for anyone interested in sport, healthy living and a career in fitness. Main activities include: education, organizing competitions, holding workshops and conferences, dealing with international organizations such as FISAF International and EHFA.

We are a new, modern movement studio in the city centre. The newly renovated 1940's premises offers two spacious bright rooms where you can try classes of different types of exercise (yoga, pilates, power yoga, port de bras, circuit training, classes for children and seniors).
