We are a traditional sports club, specialists in kickboxing in Prague. In our gyms you can train kickboxing at fitness and competition level, all under the guidance of experienced professional coaches, former and current top competitors. You can start training kickboxing with us at any time of the year.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

We are a registered association of members who are involved in sports mainly hiking, awareness, cultural and educational activities mainly focusing on the development of the individual physically and mentally and self-defence. We primarily teach self-defense within the framework of the comprehensive Russian martial art Systema.
