We offer tai chi and qigong classes for adults and children that promote health and well-being. Our classes are designed for both beginners and advanced students. We are a traditional sports club, specialists in kickboxing in Prague. In our gyms you can train kickboxing at fitness and competition level, all under the guidance of experienced professional coaches, former and current top competitors. You can start training kickboxing with us at any time of the year.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.
