We organize Ashihara-Karate and Kyokushin Karate trainings. We participate in various events and competitions in the Czech Republic and abroad. Year-round recruitment of new members, age from 6 years.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

Basic aikido course for men and women from 17 years old. Classes for children and young people in the age categories 5-7, 8-10, 10-12 and 13-16. Joy, movement, art, all-round development, balance in the hustle and bustle of the big city, constructive conflict resolution, recharging... all this and much more is aikido.

We offer qualified judo training at a high level. Trainings are conducted by professional trainers. Here you will not only learn the martial art of judo, but also experience the fun and joy of movement. You will increase your self-confidence.

We run a sports club with a focus on teakwondo. We train children from 5 years old, youth, parents and competitive teams. We participate in competitions and camps. We organize club or social events.
