Basic aikido course for men and women from 17 years old. Classes for children and young people in the age categories 5-7, 8-10, 10-12 and 13-16. Joy, movement, art, all-round development, balance in the hustle and bustle of the big city, constructive conflict resolution, recharging... all this and much more is aikido.

Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We learn gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in judo tournaments and competitions. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. The children learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics, and tumbling technique.

Offer Kyokushin karate classes. Main goal is to develop and teach full-contact style of Kyokushin Karate, followed by Muay Thai and Circuit training. For this purpose the dojo is equipped with punching bags, lapas, bouncers and other necessary equipment to make the training sessions have the greatest effect.

Karate sports club, exercises for children and adults, teaching Shotokan style (kata, kihon, kumite). Physical training, fitness exercises, martial arts and self-defense. We also teach bushido, self-control, personal discipline, and respect for yourself and your opponents. We accept new members who are interested in self-defense.

We offer year round WTF Taekwondo classes for children and adults. We provide ongoing recruitment, summer camps and competition opportunities. Classes are taught by black belt holders.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.
