I organize martial arts courses Kodokan Judo focusing on children, students and adults. I offer self-defense courses. We strive to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength. Offer Kyokushin karate classes. Main goal is to develop and teach full-contact style of Kyokushin Karate, followed by Muay Thai and Circuit training. For this purpose the dojo is equipped with punching bags, lapas, bouncers and other necessary equipment to make the training sessions have the greatest effect.
