The best fight is the one we can avoid. I'm here to teach you how to achieve such an outcome and what to do when conflict cannot be avoided. I weave self-defense with prevention, communication, first aid, and legal context to make it all make sense for real life.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. You will prepare for an attack by the perpetrator by practicing self-defense in model situations. Self-defense instructors from Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.
