We run swimming lessons for parents with children. We offer our own pools, professional lesson management. Swimming for babies, infants, toddlers, young children and swimming for pregnant women is offered. We teach children to love the water. Possibility of aqua aerobics or powerlates classes.

The 50 m long swimming pool offers sports, relaxation and fitness swimming. There is a children's pool, a steam department and a refreshment stand. You can also use the aqua centre with a water slide, wave pool and other attractions. In the summer season, an outdoor sunny meadow is also open for children.

Swimming for parents with children from 6 months to 4 years, children on their own, individual lessons, adult non-swimmer lessons, water exercise, relaxation swimming, private hire etc. The water is salt water, suitable for asthmatics, allergy sufferers and children with atopic eczema.

I am the founder of Aquatics Prague, a swimming coach of the first class and the author of the teaching method Swimming with Plavl and Plavlina, which I have published as a richly illustrated book with funny poems. The book advises not only coaches and parents on how to do it. It teaches children to swim correctly, effectively, playfully and safely.
