I am a holistic therapist and mentor for women. I help women create greater balance in their health, relationships, work and finances and live a happier and more fulfilled life.

I help exhausted women find their way back to themselves and shine again, through nutrition, body rhythms and conscious habits in harmony with nature. I teach yoga classes.

I offer Primal healthy lifestyle coaching. Don't expect diets, calorie counting, starvation, fitness trainers and all sorts of miracle drinks and pills. You don't need any of that. It's easy, too.
