I have been working professionally in the world of healthy lifestyle, eating right and exercising since 2013. My years of experience are complemented by my certification as a nutrition counselor and completed studies at the internationally recognized Coach School Prague (now Fitness Academy Ronnie).

We focus on project initiation and participation in EU projects with subsequent use and dissemination of project products. We organize courses and workshops. We provide job and career counselling. We train teachers in the areas of key competences and sustainable development.

I deal with the development of small and medium-sized companies in the areas of: personal and team coaching, soft skills training and stress management, age management and generational management.
