We organise a sports club focusing on judo. We run men's and youth teams. For young children we run a preparatory school. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. We participate in competitions and tournaments.

We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We are engaged in the training and practice of the martial art of Aikido. We also offer lessons in Kick boxing, self-defense, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Eskrima, Kendo or Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu.
