We offer taekwondo club management or taekwondo lessons. We organize continuous recruitment of new members. Classes are for children from 6 to 14 years old and for adults. For new practitioners, there is a specialized beginner's instructional program to introduce them to taekwondo.

I hold two-month intensive body and mind shaping classes based on Thai boxing. You will learn basic techniques, the art of concentration and relaxation.
