We are a Czech property development company that was founded by Petr Filipčík, Václav Rumlena and Filip Müller in 2011 and since then has gained a lot of experience in the construction of office, residential, commercial and healthcare buildings and complexes.

The company acts as an investor, developer and landlord of land and real estate. Currently the largest project is Residence KASKÁDA in Horní Kosov in Jihlava. Here, apartment houses, terraced houses and building plots for family houses are being built in several stages.
