From the beginning, we wanted to subordinate the project to one idea: to provide affordable housing for families in a quiet location, but with accessible infrastructure and private parking.

Seven new, detached, residential-only buildings providing a wide range of apartment sizes from 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom apartments. Buildings A and B are almost identical, with 17 apartments each, while building C is conceptually designed as a modern pavilion building and comprises 35 residential units.

We operate a real estate development business. We built the Via Carolina Residence of 10 premium and energy-efficient 2+kk to 4+kk apartments and a ground floor commercial unit on Bělohorská Street in Prague 6 - Břevnov.
