The aim of our work is to provide the client with a comprehensive service for the planning, permitting and implementation of his plans concerning civil buildings, hotel buildings, office or apartment buildings, new buildings or renovations, single-family houses and apartment conversions. Interior design is also a challenge for us.

Under the company's umbrella is a collaboration of two young architects who strive for a creative approach to the design process and client satisfaction.

I design new buildings, renovations, interiors, design, urban design and planning. I prepare projects for zoning and building procedures, implementation documentation (digital) and documents for contractor selection. I verify the spatial relationships of designs with a 3D virtual model.

We provide design, project and implementation documentation for buildings and interiors and also offer turnkey implementation. We provide all the necessary permits, propose operational, structural and artistic solutions, advise on land selection.

We prepare complete project documentation for the construction. We provide related engineering activities. During the actual construction works we perform authorial and technical supervision.

The studio has in its portfolio a number of realizations, reconstructions and projects of Prague houses, residential villas, apartment houses and interiors, several of which have been published in professional magazines and won the title of House of the Year.
