We help you manage stress, improve relationships and communication. We specialize in personal development, inner child, ego, anxiety, emotional programs, meditation and energy healing. We offer coaching and intuitive perception school to develop inner strength and a path to harmony and self-realization.

We focus on projects that give you direction, help you resolve mental or physical distress and give you the opportunity to think only of yourself. You choose the method that suits you, yoga, functional training, coaching, massage or a combination of your choice.

I run courses for businesses and individuals on stress management, emotional intelligence, working with thinking, information and more. I provide individual coaching and psychological counselling. I focus on working with the subconscious mind, personality strengths and weaknesses, using imagery techniques and working with dreams.

I use systemic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy (hypnosis) in my private practice for adult and adolescent clients. I work with GPs in prevention programs to increase access to psychosocial support and mental health services.

My role model is Carl Gustav Jung and his depth psychology. I am interested in his concepts: the subconscious, the unconscious, archetypes, transference, individuation.
