The department provides transfusion products to Orlickoústec Hospital, a.s. and supplies other medical facilities in the Czech Republic as well. It carries out blood and plasma collections.

We operate a polyclinic equipped with modern technology and devices. Among the outpatient clinics you can find cardiology, angiology, internal medicine, diabetology and other departments.

We operate hematology and trasfusion station. We have a hematology laboratory and a blood warehouse. We perform morphological and coagulation tests or bone marrow tests. We deal with blood collection including blood samples and blood testing of pregnant women and newborns.

Operation of central laboratories. Basic biochemical parameters, functional tests, urinalysis, blood count, tumour markers, hormones, allergens and other tests are performed here. The laboratories are linked online to all departments and outpatient clinics of the hospital.
