This is a collective housing in which the running of the service is provided by a team of workers. We provide clients with support and ensure a safe and dignified environment. Clients are people with mental illness or intellectual disabilities from the age of 18 years.

We run an integration centre for people over 18 with disabilities at risk of social exclusion. We focus on inclusion of clients, leisure activities, improving communication and other skills, increasing independence and facilitating contact with the social environment.

Providing assistance to seniors or fellow citizens with disabilities. Possibility of renting rehabilitation aids. Prepare and administer prescribed, administer injections and insulin. We offer blood draws and other biological material, wound care after surgery and rehabilitation.

We provide a safe, dignified and peaceful environment for people over 55 with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia who need regular help and care.

We provide assistance in coping with common personal care tasks, hygiene and the exercise of rights. We offer educational and activation activities, mediation of contact with the social environment, social rehabilitation.

Home for the elderly in operation since summer 2004. Separate single and double rooms available for clients who need more intensive care. This is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The weekly residential centre provides accommodation and support for children with intellectual or combined disabilities to help them prevent exclusion from society and realise their right to education. We work with the family, school and professionals to develop their self-sufficiency. At the same time, we also provide a day centre.

We offer short- and medium-term stays for the elderly, including facilities such as reclining beds and bedside tables. We also provide care advice and exercise to improve mobility. Our aim is to make our clients feel at home and have the support they need.

We operate a 100-bed retirement home and a 110-bed special needs home as well as a 7-bed day care facility. We also provide respite services. We provide professional social counselling.

Offering assistance and care to the elderly or disabled. Provide meals and help with personal hygiene. We deal with canister therapy. We organize various activities to promote the maintenance of habits for daily activities. We provide memory training and physical activities.

We provide social services to clients with reduced self-sufficiency due to chronic mental illness and those with dementia, Alzheimer's and other types of dementia who have reduced self-sufficiency.

We provide field health and social care, nursing care, care for the sick in the home environment.

Offering home care, personal assistance, cleaning services. We provide outreach services (escorts, shopping).

The mission of the service is to support adolescents and adults with disabilities and their families in Brno and the surrounding area so that they can live as independently and self-sufficiently as possible in the environment they have chosen to live in.
