We are a contributory organization, established by the town of Tábor, which provides social services for the citizens of Tábor. The organization brings together seven social services (home for the elderly, home with special regime, nursing home, day care, home for women and mothers with children.

We provide home hospice care and social services. We help terminally ill patients in the last phase of life and their families during times of illness, death and grief. We provide social and psychological counseling.

Our home care is specialist healthcare provided to patients on the advice of a registering GP. It aims to ensure the maximum range, accessibility, quality and effectiveness of healthcare for patients in their own social environment.

Providing medical and rehabilitative care in the patient's home environment. Providing health check-ups, administering injectable and non-injectable medications, treating skin defects and providing hydration care. Providing specialist rehabilitation care. Possibility of hiring wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and canes.

Residential services for people with disabilities and the elderly who, due to their age and health condition, need regular assistance from another person. We offer professional social counseling for people in severe life crisis, premarital, marital, family, divorce and post-divorce crisis.

We provide a dignified and safe environment for seniors who, because of their age and health, cannot live in their natural environment. With the help and support of staff, based on the individual needs of the user, we create an environment that is a dignified substitute for their home.

We operate a nursing home for the elderly, physically and disabled citizens. We provide assistance in coping with the normal tasks of caring for one's own person, hygiene, providing meals and ensuring the running of the household. We mediate contact with the social environment.

We offer accommodation services for the elderly, physically handicapped and people with chronic illnesses. We provide social services and health care. We provide theatre performances, group sessions, board games, concerts, work activities and memory training.

The home for the elderly provides a social residential service for people who, due to age and long-term adverse health conditions, cannot live in their natural environment and need assistance that cannot be provided in any other way.
