We offer accommodation for the elderly in 15 single, 18 double and 1 triple room. We provide meals, rehabilitation, laundry, ironing and hairdresser and chiropodist services. We provide medical and nursing care. We organize religious services.

The general neurological outpatient clinic provides diagnosis, treatment and possible dispensary care for patients with neurological diseases such as vertebrogenic algic syndromes, conditions after strokes, headaches, epilepsy, cognitive disorders (dementia), peripheral nerve disorders, etc.

Primary purpose and business is to provide social services to seniors and adult women with intellectual or combined disabilities. Within our services we provide the following basic activities: accommodation, meals, health care in the form of special outpatient care, rehabilitation care.

The organisation provides residential social services for the elderly in two separate buildings in the Jitřenka Home and the Rudolf Home (Nádražní 431, Opočno). It provides the following services: home for the elderly, home with special regime, respite service.

We provide nursing care.

We provide residential services to persons who have reduced self-sufficiency mainly due to age, whose situation requires regular assistance from another natural person. We help persons to ensure their physical and psychological self-sufficiency, with the aim of enabling them to participate to a large extent in everyday life.

We operate a long-term care hospital with a capacity of 17 beds. We provide care for people with loss of self-sufficiency or after deterioration of health. We offer single, double and multi-bedded rooms with private washroom and shared shower and toilet for two rooms. We have bathing beds for bedridden patients.

Offering assistance in managing the normal tasks of caring for one's self and household. Provision of meals and assistance with personal hygiene and provision of meals. Provision of educational, training and activation activities. Providing contact with the social environment.

We provide accommodation for women with disabilities with a total capacity of 57 places. There are 4 single, 10 double and 11 triple rooms. Users can use a ceramic workshop including a firing kiln, a workshop for handicrafts, a gym and a music room.

Providing medical emergency service.

Home hospice care provides expert comprehensive care for terminally ill patients in a home environment. Staff support the patients and their families and loved ones who care for them.

The mission of our institution is to enable seniors who, due to their age or health condition, cannot be in their natural environment to live an active and dignified old age in a home-like facility.

Offering outreach care services to seniors and disabled citizens with reduced self-sufficiency in their homes. We provide services based on the individual needs of the users. We provide assistance with personal hygiene, meals, routine shopping and errands, housekeeping and other services.
