Offering accommodation and organising social, cultural and sporting activities for the elderly.

We provide users with skilled support and assistance to enable them to maintain their current way of life as much as possible. We strive to ensure that users do not become socially isolated because of their disability and, should this happen, to help them find a way out of this situation.

We operate a home for the elderly. There are 17 double rooms with amenities, common areas with TV and radio. We provide meals, nursing and medical care. We organize cultural programs, Bible classes and trips to the surrounding area.

Offering accommodation, full boarding, voluntary leisure activities and medical care for the elderly. We provide basic social counseling, medical procedures as prescribed by a physician, or assistance in coping with routine self-care tasks.

Provision of social care home services.

The organisation provides residential social services for the elderly in two separate buildings in the Jitřenka Home and the Rudolf Home (Nádražní 431, Opočno). It provides the following services: home for the elderly, home with special regime, respite service.

The general neurological outpatient clinic provides diagnosis, treatment and possible dispensary care for patients with neurological diseases such as vertebrogenic algic syndromes, conditions after strokes, headaches, epilepsy, cognitive disorders (dementia), peripheral nerve disorders, etc.

Caregiver Services provides outreach and outpatient care services. Provides support or assistance to seniors and persons with disabilities in managing their own personal or household care, enabling them to remain at home as long as possible and maintain their own lifestyle. Advice on social services.

Provision of social and nursing services to the elderly who find themselves in an unfavourable social situation, whether due to age or health condition, and need regular help from other people to live a dignified, independent, active and social life.

Offering outreach care services to seniors and disabled citizens with reduced self-sufficiency in their homes. We provide services based on the individual needs of the users. We provide assistance with personal hygiene, meals, routine shopping and errands, housekeeping and other services.

Providing a safe and dignified environment for seniors who are dependent on the assistance of others due to their age and reduced self-sufficiency.

Providing medical emergency service.

We operate a home for the elderly and a home with special regime. We provide residential social services for 104 clients. We offer accommodation in mostly double rooms, meals, rehabilitation, nursing and medical care or assistance in exercising rights, legitimate interests and personal matters.
