Provision of social care services to children aged 9 years and over, young people and adult citizens up to 55 years with intellectual and combined disabilities. Capacity is 60 beds. The aim is to support users in educational, training and activation activities of personal choice.

We are a provider of social services according to the Social Services Act. We provide care services and personal assistance to seniors and other persons with reduced mobility. Currently, the organization has regional representation in Prague and Pardubice Region.

Operation of an internal medicine and geriatric outpatient clinic.

We provide and offer our services to seniors, especially those aged 65 and over, who are unable to provide for their own living needs, cannot live in their natural environment for these reasons, so they need regular assistance from professional staff, without which their health or life would be at risk.

Home nursing and palliative care cares for the sick and dying in their own homes. The service is provided by general nurses and a multidisciplinary team. We enable patients to grieve and die with dignity and quality care and support in their own home environment, amongst their loved ones.
