Provision of social care services to children aged 9 years and over, young people and adult citizens up to 55 years with intellectual and combined disabilities. Capacity is 60 beds. The aim is to support users in educational, training and activation activities of personal choice.

Association brings together organizations of seniors who share together the cost of care and living. Associated clubs adhere to SANATORY standards of care for seniors. This ensures that seniors in the Association and their families are well cared for when they can no longer live at home alone.

Provision of social services for the elderly.

We operate a home for the elderly and provide a nursing service. We provide accommodation, meals, assistance with daily living and personal hygiene. We provide contact with the social environment. We are involved in handicrafts, pottery making, art and flower arranging.

The care is intended for people over 50 years of age who, due to dementia, Alzheimer's and similar types of dementia, have reduced self-sufficiency and need regular assistance from others, which can no longer be provided in their own home environment.

We offer expert health care provided by qualified nurses in the patient's home environment. This care is physician ordered and covered by health insurance companies. It is provided 7 days a week.

Home assists families caring for a loved one with diminished self-sufficiency. They take over and provide appropriate care for a defined period of time, especially when the family cannot care for their loved one for some reason.

Home nursing and palliative care cares for the sick and dying in their own homes. The service is provided by general nurses and a multidisciplinary team. We enable patients to grieve and die with dignity and quality care and support in their own home environment, amongst their loved ones.

We offer a comprehensive home nursing service, self-care and self-care training, blood pressure checks, weighing and dressings, check-up blood and urine tests, nursing rehabilitation treatment. These are medical services only. We also provide rental of compensatory aids and oxygen concentrators.

We provide social residential services, namely a home for people with disabilities, sheltered housing and a respite service. Outreach service - independent living support and outpatient - social therapy workshops. These services are intended for people with intellectual disabilities.

We provide lunch delivery, grocery delivery, medication procurement, housekeeping, laundry and ironing, routine personal hygiene tasks, transportation and escorting to doctors, offices, etc. for senior citizens and disabled citizens.

Operation of a general practitioner's office for adults. We offer infusion therapy, on request examination of the patient at home, telephone consultation outside office hours, ultrasound examination - basic orientation information for example gall bladder problems, ECG. We have wheelchair access.

Operation of an internal medicine and geriatric outpatient clinic.

The care service offers help in coping with the usual tasks of caring for one's own person, help with personal hygiene or providing conditions for personal hygiene, providing food or helping to provide it, helping to ensure the running of the household and mediating contact with the social environment.
