We inaugurated our brewery on June 6, 2014, brewing 2 rmouths in a classic two vessel copper brewhouse with a capacity of 6 hl. The beer is fermented in two phases in an open fermenter for 7 days and then matured in the lager cellar at 1°C for 30 to 60 days. We brew both classic beers and specials.

Modern technology, traditional and non-traditional methods of beer production, only selected, quality ingredients, honest lager or special beers. These are the main attributes of our family brewery. Moreover, you can taste the finished Wolfgang beer almost in the brewery's brewhouse, which is located directly in the brewery's restaurant.

We operate a microbrewery Lanýž. Lanýž beer is brewed according to traditional methods and recipes from quality Czech malts, Žatec hop varieties, brewer's yeast and local well water, which significantly contributes to the character of our beer. In addition to the traditional 10° and 12°, we also brew seasonal beer specials.

Production and sale of beer.

We brew beer in the traditional way - unfiltered and unpasteurized. We offer both top-fermented and bottom-fermented beers.

In the local family brewery we continue the tradition of brewing beer in South Bohemia. We brew here honest, Czech, bottom-fermented beers, as well as top-fermented beers, known mainly abroad. For the production of beer we use not only quality Czech malts, but especially water from the local underground lake.

Our brewery opened in the autumn of 2017, reviving the tradition of brewing beer in a historic brewery building after 70 years.

We operate our own microbrewery. We brew several types of beer: from light lagers to semi-dark to dark. We also brew ales, stouts and wheat beers.

Restaurant bar with a capacity of 30 seats. On tap 10° and 11° and special. Pork goulash, bread, onions, fried cheese with ham, fries, bread with crackling spread. If you have 3 x draught beer, we give you a free can of beer.

The modern hotel with a capacity of 30 rooms is connected to its own brewery. Room equipment - safe, TV, wifi throughout the building. The hotel has all the facilities for cyclists.
