We run a flying craft microbrewery. You can usually find us at festivals between Liberec, Prague and Pardubice. We also have our own e-shop where you can order beer. We create craft beers of many varieties from Sour, to ALE, Wheat, Stout to our award winning premium Czech Lezak SATURN 12°.

Our craft beers are the result of the honest work of experienced brewers who combine traditional recipes with modern technology. We offer a wide range of lagers and specialty beers that impress with different flavors and aromas, bringing a unique experience to every beer enthusiast.

We offer a unique Radegast tank beer. On the menu you will find Czech classics, beer delicacies and other goodies. Total capacity is 240 seats. The summer garden in the atrium of the house has a capacity of 80 chairs.

The restaurant is located in the Old Town Square right next to the Astronomical Clock. In the 14th century cellars you can enjoy roasted meats, grilled knee and old Czech dishes. In our brasserie you can drink a pint of Pilsner beer. You can also enjoy Moravian wine.

Brewery Operations.

We operate a non-smoking and self-service restaurant in the grounds of the zoo. You can enjoy a summer covered terrace, internet access via Wi-Fi, two children's play areas, bowling and recorded music in all areas. We offer ready-made home-cooked meals or children's meals.
