Or perhaps a grilled sausage. Our steak tartare, made to order, is famous. Pre-made and quick-service dishes are not available.

In our family restaurant we believe in tradition without semi-finished products. Come for the honest stuffed potato dumplings with smoked meat and cabbage, or try a variation of four types of cheese with baked potatoes in herb butter. We cook with our hearts, just like at Mom's.
