We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. Švabín Brewery revives the tradition of brewing beer in our village. In the historic vaults, honest lagers, wild NEIPs and fruity sours are made from local ingredients. New weekend stand - come for fresh beer under the open sky.

The craft brewery was founded in 2020 by two friends, brewers Martin and Roman. We brew in the original malt house and our brewhouse is heated by steam. And that's reflected in our steampunk design. We brew beers of different styles, because the beer world doesn't revolve around lager.

Pivovar Strakonice 1649, a.s. is a traditional Czech beer producer owned directly by the town of Strakonice. Under the main brand Dudák it produces a wide portfolio of unpasteurized beers. In addition to the flagship light lagers, the brewery also offers specialty beers, dark beers and non-alcoholic variants.

We are Šárka and David. You may remember us from Antos Brewery. We gave years of work, energy and most of all heart to beer. When our previous project ended unexpectedly, we didn't give up.
