We're a thirst-quenching flying brewery. We brew beer with respect for tradition, with first-class ingredients and with the vigour of pure brewers. Honestly, fortelly, across the country. The brewery is the first national brewery in the Republic of Ovipistan. It focuses mainly on bitter bottom-fermented beers. The brewery has a tasting room.

Švabín Brewery revives the tradition of brewing beer in our village. In the historic vaults, honest lagers, wild NEIPs and fruity sours are made from local ingredients. New weekend stand - come for fresh beer under the open sky.

We are a flying brewery from Prague founded by two Slovaks - Samuel and Libor. The name Potmehúd means "shifal" in Czech and the initial letters PO refer to Samuel's hometown, which is Prešov. We focus not only on popular top-fermented beers, but we also like to try lesser-known beer styles.

Brewery Operations.

The brewery has a 250 litre brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Mainly, various top-fermented beers (IPA, Pale Ale, etc.) are brewed here, rather than the traditional lagers of the region. In summer we open our beer terrace for tasting our beers.

In 2013, the brewery continued the tradition of beer production. We produce 10° Rejtín, 11° Karpat, 12° Horehleď, 12° Lambert, 13° Ocelot and 14° Mladotic beers using classic Czech technology in a two-mouth method. The beers are bottled in kegs and PET bottles. We organize and arrange excursions in the brewery.

We brew beer in the traditional way - unfiltered and unpasteurized. We offer both top-fermented and bottom-fermented beers.
