We make our pizzas with premium Italian high-fiber flour, which holds up to 40% more water than regular flour and the dough rises slowly for 48 hours. This makes the dough crispy, soft inside and, above all, easy to digest. We use almost exclusively Italian ingredients for our pizzas.

The farm also has a restaurant, where we prepare specialties for you always from fresh and quality ingredients.

We operate a café bar and restaurant. We offer pizzas, pasta, tortillas, burgers, cocktails, coffee, desserts, snacks, mixed drinks, draft beer and wine.

Italian chef and owner Gaetano Pispicia will take care of your food preparation. You can enjoy original Italian recipes to prepare pizza, pasta or homemade desserts.
