As a doula I offer professional support during pregnancy, birth and afterwards. I work in Ústí nad Labem, Central Bohemia and Prague. I provide antenatal preparation, lactation counselling, accompaniment to childbirth, rebozo techniques, women's napping and postnatal care. I will support you every step of the way.

I offer classical and fascial, relaxation and reconditioning massages of the whole body with a conscious and sensitive approach, Breuss back massage, right abdomen, honey massage and more. I am a lactation consultant and postpartum doula. All with respect and understanding of your needs. Possibility of massage at your home.

I offer home swimming classes with babies in the bath and exercise classes with babies and toddlers. I run a lactation and nutrition clinic, sleep difficulties and massage including psychomotor development for children from birth to 1 year. I organize lectures and consultations.
