We teach exercises from the very basics. We take care of correct breathing stereotype, ranges of motion, correct movement pattern. As you learn the movement, we load it. Operation of the sports hall.

We focus on EMS exercises. Using 85 pulses per second for 20 minutes, we will exercise your entire body, strengthen your muscles and burn fat. Services also include a healthy sleep and stress diet consultation.

Our company, founded by the Statutory City of Brno, has been taking care of the quality operation and management of 18 sports facilities in the city since 2004. Apart from Brno sports grounds, it also manages the Jasenka recreational facility in the village of Zubří near Nové Město na Moravě.

Operation of a relaxation centre. Our services include swimming pool, jacuzzi, wellness area, solarium and gym. The wellness area offers a steam bath, hot air and Finnish sauna. We also provide a health rehabilitation area. Refreshments and a gym are also included.

Operation of the hockey team, HCM Warrios Brno. The home hockey stadium is the ice hockey stadium Úvoz Brno.
