We provide operation and rental of a sports hall. The sports hall is used mainly in the framework of TEV classes of the Secondary School, partly also of the Elementary School Jedovnice. It is available to interest groups of SPŠ and elementary school and local and neighboring sports organizations for their trainings. The auditorium has a capacity of about 300 seats.

We run a fitness centre. We offer fitness classes and weight machines. Showers and lockers are available. We sell sports and nutritional supplements. We provide advice.

The new gym has a modern and homely interior with carefully selected Hammer Strength machines. There are many stations on three floors, dumbbells, discs, cardio machines and top of the line axes. We'd be happy to walk you through the entire gym, advise you on machines, technique, or diet!

We teach exercises from the very basics. We take care of correct breathing stereotype, ranges of motion, correct movement pattern. As you learn the movement, we load it. What you learn in our gym will stay with you permanently. And most importantly, everything is guaranteed to be used in real life outside the gym.

We operate a fitness centre. We offer fitness, gym, cardio zone or thai-box. We provide measurement of body composition by bioelectrical analysis method with InBody diagnostic device. We create training plans with a personal trainer with the possibility of dietary modification. We support disabled athletes.

BIG1FITNESS offers a gym, cardio zone, group classes and functional training. We can help you get started and move forward.
