Operate a sports ground and hockey pitch for children, young people, schools and members of physical education clubs. There is a separate purpose built table tennis hall or practice wall for individuals. We provide short and long term hire opportunities.

We operate a sports complex with a football field.

We specialise in running fitness centres and gyms. Offering cardio zone, aerobics, cycling, TRX, Cross Fit, HIIT,functional training, power core, summer dance, bosu, power yoga and kids exercise.

We operate a gym with ten exercise stations.

We run a gym, indoor cycling and a bar offering hot and cold drinks. We hold aerobics, bodyform, pilates and trampoline classes. We provide personal trainer services, set up a training program and sell nutrition.

We teach exercises from the very basics. We take care of correct breathing stereotype, ranges of motion, correct movement pattern. As you learn the movement, we load it. What you learn in our gym will stay with you permanently. And most importantly, everything is guaranteed to be used in real life outside the gym.

A fitness centre where we offer 60 workout stations, 16 cardio machines and a separate zone for women. We are a 700 m/2 gym in the city centre.

The fitness centre includes a gym, cardio zone, spinning, indoor classes and rowing machines. Other services include InBody analysis, tailored diet and training plans, personal trainers and ems (electromyostimulation or electrical muscle stimulation) exercises.

We operate a sports center. You can find four badminton courts.

We invite you to recruitment to the martial sports club, to the course where you will learn the basics of 3 martial sports: boxing, kickboxing, thaiboxing, muay thai, but also learn how to properly stretch, and how to properly strengthen for combat sports. Both men and women from the age of 15 are invited, as well as juniors and privates.

Operation of the football stadium.

You can play beach volleyball or try beach tennis and air badminton. Everything you need for beach sports can be rented at the kiosk right next to the courts. Please note that the volleyball courts must be reserved in advance.
