Operation of the fitness centre.

Well-equipped and very pleasant fitness with 24/7 operation, for all who like healthy movement and fitness is for them the maintenance of their own body.

We operate a hall focused on parkour. We run rings, adult classes, workshops, free training, birthday parties, events and more. Unique environment, great coaches, friendly atmosphere, emphasis on safety. Wooden walls, pole structures, gymnastics floor and foam pit and more.

Renovated fitness center offering: fitness, fitbox, TRX, circuit training, personal training (you can choose from several professional trainers), Latin, bosu and body, interval training. We accept MultiSport cards (not valid for group classes).

We operate an inflatable (3 courts) and a fixed (1 court) tennis hall with courts for floorball, netball or volleyball and 4 courts for badminton (all year round). In summer there are 6 clay courts for tennis, 2 for netball/volleyball and 1 court for beach volleyball.

We operate a sports complex for the needs of the citizens of the region and sports clubs. There is a hall and gym where we offer spinning classes and a cardio zone. Possibility of organizing corporate tournaments. In the gym we provide nutritional counseling and the possibility to purchase sports nutrition products.

Fitness centre with a friendly approach.

We operate a sports hall with facilities designed for aerobics, movement exercises and martial arts. The auditorium of the large hall can accommodate 600 seated spectators. The main hall has a special floor designed for ball sports. There is also a gym, quality sound system, refreshments with seating and wheelchair access.

We operate a multifunctional sports complex. There are beach volleyball courts, slender life tables, sauna, solarium, massage and beauty salon, hairdresser, lounge, bar. Internet connection and parking.

We deal with the preparation of training plans, individual diets and eating regimes or the preparation of athletes for particular sports. I offer training programs for pregnant and postpartum women. I eliminate inappropriate movement stereotypes. Possibility of using a solarium.

We are a professional sports club, currently the champion of the Czech Republic 2020. We also focus on working with youth and we are one of the youth training centers of the Czech Badminton Federation and the Central Bohemia Region. We also offer classes for the public or badminton camps for recreational players.

Unique project of Fitness Centre - Space Gym in OC Spektrum Čestlice. On 1100 m2 you can work out on brand new Martix machines. We also take Multisport, Edenred, Benefit plus cards.

Operation of the ice rink.

We operate a sports complex. There is an athletic oval of European parameters with 6 running tracks, throwing and jumping sectors, in-line track, artificial turf field for small football, basketball court, fitness park, pétanque court, street workout field, sports hall and playground.
