We are engaged in the production of quality and specialty wines in bottles and barrels. We organize guided tastings, tours of the production cellar, teambuilding, family celebrations and other events. We offer Chardonnay, Tramin Red, Riesling, Veltliner Red, Sauvignon, Frankincense and Blue Portugal.

Valtice Underground is a unique labyrinth of restored parts of historic wine cellars interconnected over a total length of 900 m. There are 13 cellars, both spacious and more discreet. The underground is open all year round. Most parts are at a depth of 6 to 12 metres.

A small family campsite with refreshments is located on the banks of the Novomlýn reservoir at the end of the village of Dolní Věstonice in the direction of Pavlov. The campsite is popular for its location. It is situated on a cycle path and is accessible for hikers, families with children, school trips, weekly stays and fishermen. Pod Lesem is a family-run business specialising in original gift packages and quality cold cuts. In the field of catering we specialize in fresh and tasty snacks, which we deliver to Hustopece, Brno and Breclav. We send our gift packages all over the Czech Republic.

The wine cellar and wine bar are located in the basement of the hotel and date back to the 16th century. The capacity of the premises is 190 seats. In the wine cellar we organize festive tables, tastings and banquets. The wine bar is divided into several small parts and the back part serves as a dance floor.
