The Bistro in the Grass is located on the quiet outskirts of Velké Pavlovice, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Production and sale of sweet wines from fruit. Our largest wine cellar is an e-shop, but we also have shops and wine bars in Frýdek-Místek and Prague where you can taste all our wines.
