We are dedicated to the production of special wines. We grow several varieties such as Pálava, Tramín Red, Riesling, Sauvignon, Sylvan Green, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Muscat Moravian. Operation of a wine cellar.

We run a winery. I am engaged in the production and sale of premium white and red wines from our own organic grape production. We organize guided tastings in the wine cellar with a capacity of up to 60 people. We provide refreshments and soft drinks.

A small winery from Brumovice, which belongs to the Velkopavlovice wine sub-region. The relatively young winery, founded in 2018, deals with different styles of wine production. In their offer you will find lighter wines with higher acidity and residual sugar, red varieties typical for the area of the so-called Blue Mountains.

Jiří Šilinek Winery - we operate a wine cellar with a garden and a children's playground. Tasting of 15 varieties of wine. We offer seating for individuals and groups with a capacity of 25 people plus a garden for 25 people. We offer wine tastings and guided tastings with an oenologist's commentary and small snacks to accompany the wine.

In our wine bar we will be happy to prepare summer drinks, pour you a glass of great wine or pack you a bottle to go. We also offer coffee, homemade lemonades, etc.

The winery offers tastings, sitting in the wine cellar, experiential accommodation in barrels directly on the vineyard, company wines with logo, private and corporate events, sitting with barbecue in the vineyard, view of Palava and the surrounding area.
