Offering personal fitness trainer services. I have graduated from Nursing School and College of General Nursing. I specialize in health exercises, getting fit, body shaping, training with pregnant and postpartum women, diastasis issues, clients after surgeries or injuries.

We operate a gym equipped to exercise all muscle areas for men and women. Beginners will be guided through the gym by a trainer. We also offer the services of a personal trainer who will draw up a training plan and write a suitable diet for exercise.
