A special needs home designed for persons 55 years of age and older who have Alzheimer's disease or another type of dementia. The capacity of the home is 30 beds. It is intended for applicants residing in the South Moravian Region. The building also houses a day care centre for seniors aged 65 and over and clients with dementia aged 50 and over.

We provide residential, community-based social services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, operating year-round. With appropriate support, people with disabilities can live in ordinary households, take responsibility for their lives and manage their own care and household.

We operate a home service for people with disabilities in a non-institutional setting, with clients living in self-contained and normally furnished apartments. We provide pervasive, recovery-oriented, community-based residential social services for people with serious mental illness.
